Shasta Cascade Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) comprising three health centers in south Siskiyou County. We are a comprehensive primary healthcare practice dedicated to building a healthy community and improving the individual health, well-being, and quality of life for everyone. Our clinics offer a wide variety of services, including Chiropractic, Dental, Podiatry, Behavioral Health as well as routine physical exams, school physicals and DMV physicals.
