Please note: Jade is our very first, fully remote provider. She lives full time in sunny San Diego, but specifically chose our clinics to come and be of service. She is absolutely phenomenal for our patients whether they are at home or in the clinic, we're so grateful that modern technology has allowed us to find and hire someone of Jade's caliber. We're sure you'll love her as much as we do!

Hello, my name is Jade! I am thrilled to be joining the team as a virtual Nurse Practitioner at Shasta Cascade Health Centers! I am a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, but I will be seeing patients of all ages. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Seattle (Go Dawgs!) and I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Columbia University in New York City. I have prior experience in primary care, heart failure and heart transplantation.
I am passionate about providing patient education and empowering my patients to make informed medical decisions about their healthcare. I absolutely love connecting with my patients and advocating for them in every way that I can. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dog, Olive, on beach walks, cooking and gardening.
