Laura Baltayan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrative, whole-person care. With a clinical foundation rooted in oncology nursing and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California, Laura brings both deep compassion and sharp clinical acumen to every patient she serves.

Her approach is evidence-based and individualized, blending traditional medical knowledge with functional and lifestyle medicine to help patients uncover the root causes of chronic conditions. Whether she’s conducting a comprehensive health assessment or educating patients about their options, Laura’s goal is always the same: to empower healing from the inside out.

Before becoming an FNP, Laura spent over seven years as a registered nurse at City of Hope National Medical Center, caring for complex oncology patients and mentoring new nurses. She’s been recognized multiple times by patients and families for her extraordinary dedication and kindness.

Laura is bilingual in English and Armenian and speaks conversational Spanish. She is also a proud member of the Armenian American Medical Society and the Oncology Nursing Society, and continues to expand her expertise in integrative nutrition. In every setting, Laura brings heart, insight, and a calm, steady presence that patients trust.
