Grady Fort, MD
Family Practice
Dr. Fort graduated from UC San Francisco in 1972 and finished his training in 1975. Although originally trained in pediatrics, he now sees a full range of patients (children of all ages), and has four older children in addition to three young stepchildren.

He has passed down his love of alpine skiing to his kids, and enjoys running and bicycling, and rooting for the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers. Dr. Fort is happily married and loves living and working in Siskiyou County.
He feels that the McCloud Healthcare Clinic and Dunsmuir Community Health Center are the nicest places he has ever worked and is very impressed by the competence and compassion of the staff.
“We are committed to the mission of Shasta Cascade Health Centers to offer quality health care services to our communities in an environment that is friendly, compassionate and caring.”
