Kim Santi, LVN II
Director of Quality
Kim’s ties to McCloud, Siskiyou County and to the Clinic, where she now works, run deep. She and her family moved to McCloud, from San Diego, when she was just 2 years old. While growing up, her family ran Mac’s Liquor and Deli, which operated from the same building that the McCloud Healthcare Clinic now resides in. After graduating from McCloud High School, she moved to Ashland, Oregon, where she attended the University of Southern Oregon and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology.

In 2006, Kim moved back down to Southern California and returned to school, where she received her Vocational Nursing License. After completing nursing school, she was drawn once more to Siskiyou County and moved to Mt. Shasta, where she decided to raise her children and work as a nurse. Kim worked for the Siskiyou Medical Group for 10 years before joining the Shasta Cascade Health Centers team, where she is currently our Director of Quality and a site supervisor.

Kim has plans to continue her education, allowing her to become an even greater asset to the Clinic and the community. She has volunteered her time and her expertise to many local programs and was happily involved with her children’s school and sports activities.
