Carol Van Blarcom

Director of Human Resources

Carol Van Blarcom is the Human Resources Specialist for Shasta Cascade Health Centers (SCHC). Carol fell in love with the McCloud area over 10 years ago and had been making small steps to move there. Recently, Carol was able to move to McCloud from Napa full-time with her husband and dog after her 4 kids were raised and had left home.

Carol brings with her to SCHC over 30 years of human resources and accounting experience. In her free time, Carol enjoys hiking. She looks forward to discovering all of the trails, waterfalls and lakes in the area.
