Justina Tucker, CCMA

Justina is primarily from the bay area, but had moved to many locations around the United States as a child. Her family landed in Siskiyou County where she has called home ever since. After high school, Justina attended College of the Siskiyous where she received her Certified Nursing Assistant credentials in 2010. Justina made the decision to pursue a career in the medical field after providing in home care to an elderly woman for a year.

 

After in home care, Justina worked in a skilled nursing facility up until 2012 when she first joined the Shasta Cascade Health Centers (SCHC) team as a Medical Assistant. Since with SCHC, Justina has received her Certified Medical Assistant designation and has been promoted to Operations Manager. Justina has become fluent and well versed in many health related needs including women’s health, children’s health and the special needs of her community. She is committed to her education and is working towards her LVN license to further the skills she can offer.

Justina enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of all the great things that Siskiyou County has to offer. She enjoys snow sports, hiking, camping and fishing, just to name a few. Justina loves her community and feels grateful to be able to have a career, and work for a company, where she feels like she can make a difference.
