Dalene Shoop, BSN, RN

Chief Operating Officer

Dalene Shoop has lived in Siskiyou County for 19 years and has been a part of healthcare since 2010, when she started out as a medical assistant. Dalene is currently the Chief Nursing Officer and is passionate about the service and care that is provided to patients and communities through the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) model. Dalene enjoys being part of this work team and supporting all of its successes and challenges.

Dalene completed her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and Registered Nurse (RN) schooling through College of the Siskiyous in 2015 and then finished her Bachelor’s degree in 2017 with Western Governors University. She plans to continue her education over the next few years to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and to further serve this community.

Dalene and her husband share a dedication to the support for the local communities and have volunteered in many local programs including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, The River Exchange, Earth Day Cleanups, and Relay for Life. Their family includes two loving children who they enjoy adventuring with and sharing all of the incredible outdoor life that our area has to offer.
