Megan Ingram, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Megan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Nevada. She earned her Masters in Social Work from Boston College in 2012 and has practiced in various settings, from community mental health to health care. She has experience working with people who are affected by housing instability, addiction, caregiver stress, self-injury, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
Megan has training and practice experience in applied behavioral approaches, mindfulness-based and mind-body therapies, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative approaches, and caregiver-specific interventions. Her work is collaborative and strengths-centered. She works together with patients to explore their unique relationship to their history and present challenges and to make changes that are meaningful for them.
Megan likes to be outside--preferably at high altitude--backpacking, climbing, trail running, riding her bicycle, and practicing yoga.
